Lisa is absolutely fantastic! She listened to exactly what we were looking for, within our price points, and came back with a solid list of options that I was unable to find when I searched myself. The trip was for a memorial and Lisa did her best to ensure that the hotel staff was made aware of the sensitivities. She also went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the outcome of the trip. Lisa came highly recommended by a good friend of mine, and although I've traditionally planned and booked my own trips, going forward, I'll be reaching out to Lisa for my travel. I have booked vacations for my family all my life and nothing compares to the experience I had deciding to let someone else take over the planning. When I contacted Passport Pleasures for assistance with my cruise, it was the best decision I ever made. Not only did it relieve the stress from me, but everything was taken care of. All I had to do was give Lisa McGregor my dates, wants, & needs. The next thing I knew, I was in my cabin and ready for fun and relaxation. Whew ?.... All I did was pick up the phone and my dreams came true. Never again will I stress about planning a vacation now that Passport Pleasures Luxury Travel is in my life. Not only did Lisa book what I wanted. She made sensible, convenient, & economical suggestions I never thought of to make my trip more pleasurable. I was able to spend more time with family and friends instead of running around trying to do everything on my own. In the past Ive made all my own travel arrangements, but having Lisa's help made the experience so much easier.The accommodations that we had were top notch and in a great central location.
